Yes, we know, supposedly geisha-sheesh, but you know how it is. A simply outstanding coffee that shows in profile what this elevated variety has to offer. Clear, intense florality – check. High, candy sweetness – we got it. Fruity notes in the background – najak! And then there’s that long, chocolate and caramel finish. A complete set, ladies and gentlemen.

Heretical opinions
Peter: “A producer’s masterpiece. Flowers something like jasmine, ripe peach and a powerful fudge on the finish, but not that hereford, just such brown candy.”
Ola: “I don’t usually drink geisha, because they are often too haughty, but this one just goes in like gold. So elegant, I would take it to some banquet.”

PRODUCER
Agua Tibia is managed by a producer friend of ours, whose coffees from La Esperanza we’ve had in the oven before. Great conditions, altitude and the commitment of the entire team under Erik’s leadership make these coffees better and better each season!
TREATMENT
After harvesting, the coffee is put into a depulper, which separates the stone from the fruit. Then it ferments itself a bit in the tank, for about 24 hours. It is then spread to dry on African beds. The process is carried out in a professorial manner – zero impurities, for that 100% of the meat is squeezed out of this geisha here.
