PRODUCER

Agua Tibia is managed by a producer friend of ours, whose coffees from La Esperanza we’ve had in the oven before. Great conditions, altitude and the commitment of the entire team under Erik’s leadership make these coffees simply better every year.

 

TREATMENT

After harvesting, the coffee is put into a depulper, which separates the stone from the fruit. Then it ferments itself a bit in the tank, for about 24 hours. It is then spread to dry on African beds. The process is carried out in a professorial manner – zero impurities, for that 100% of the meat is squeezed out of this geisha here.
