Another Brazilian-not-Brazilian miracle that proves that coffees from this country don’t have to be chocolate and nutty! Here you have a fruit and wine color fever. A microlot as it looks!

Heretical opinions

Peter: “Talking about >>unusual brazil<< is slowly becoming anachronistic, as microlighters from this country have been proving for many years how damaging stereotypes can be. And that’s why, for the third season in a row, we’re offering here fruity-wine deep coffees from Campo das Vertentes, produced by the best producers in the country!”

Ola: “The kind of Brazil that you wouldn’t even say is Brazil. Lots of vinous themes (more red than white) and sweet stone fruits (peach for me, maybe not for you :P).”

PRODUCER

Campo Alegre is a farm owned by a true Brazilian coffee legend – Henrique Cambria. Last summer, Henrique hosted us in his beautiful home, which we used as a base from which to explore the surrounding farms. Knowledge, experience and a bag of amazing anecdotes – we absorbed everything from this amazing guest until the wee hours of the night.

TREATMENT

The so-called “natural in pile.” Fruits throughout the fruit are scattered on African beds, and a special long cone shape is formed. Restricted access to air increases the temperature inside the pile, which accelerates the fermentation processes. They are responsible for the fruity depth and vinous character of this super-sweet coffee!
