The second flight from Brazilian coffee legend Henrique Cambria. While the topazio delighted us with great sweetness and a large layer of fruitiness, we describe the obata in one word: poje$$$na! Lots of funk, vinca, tropicals and whatever else you can think of. Love it or quit it!

Heretical opinions

Peter: “Nice variation. Sweet and guilty, a little wild, but further on the leash. Fruity and crisp, but also chocolatey and deep. Well, I guess it worked!”

Ola: “One of those crazy, less common Brazilian women. As you like wine themes in your coffee, this is the perfect choice for you <3”

TREATMENT

The so-called “natural in pile.” Fruits throughout the fruit are scattered on African beds, and a special long cone shape is formed. Restricted access to air increases the temperature inside the pile, which accelerates the fermentation processes. They are responsible for the fruity depth and vinous character of this super-sweet coffee!

FARMA

Campo Alegre is a farm owned by a true Brazilian coffee legend – Henrique Cambria. Last summer, Henrique hosted us in his beautiful home, which we used as a base from which to explore the surrounding farms. Knowledge, experience and a bag of amazing anecdotes – we absorbed everything from this amazing guest late into the night.
