Peter: “Ooooo, well here it’s a heretical no-holds-barred ride after two monkeys of Gastric. Yes, it’s robusta. But the good quality one. Fine is called, not specialty. The height of the crop? Less than 300 meters above sea level, and what’s more! Something is not right!

Karolina: “You don’t want to know what kind of face I had when Peter said he wanted to make robusta…. From his description I thought it would be good, but strange, meanwhile it turned out that I was not able to find a robusta on a table full of arabicas! It’s neither arabica from Brazil nor robusta from Vietnam. It’s heavier, but has fruitiness, overall it reminds me of coffees from Central America. We’re specifically throwing in a 126g version, for those who are curious, but not enough to risk a full jar.”
