It is impossible to drink the same blend twice. Heraclitus already knew this, and we believe the guy. He, on the other hand, had no way of grasping the fact that life is like the helium-6 isotope – a wildly unstable joke of the universe. We know this, and that’s how Elixir was created! Insanely unstable, always sweet. Different every time, fruity every time. We put the best coffees in it, well, because who can forbid us? Take a sip of Elixir and feel like… what you want!

PS. We replaced the Elixir base with Honduras from El Puente farm.

Heretical opinions

Karolina: “I actually don’t know what Elixir tastes like, because it always tastes a little different. I also never know what’s in it, because we don’t keep any excel for it. One thing is for sure: it’s an absolute sure thing. It’s the perfect everyday coffee for everyone: whether you’re a mom who says she doesn’t like sour coffee, or a homebarista who wants more than a ‘daily brew’ without spending dollars on turbo microlots.”

Piotr: “The working hypothesis was good + good = at least very good. And what? It works, empirically verified for two years. The base under Elixir is always clean, clearly fruity coffee. The next 31%, on the other hand, is every time some fancy microlot from the current offer. What could go wrong?”

Ola: “Daily coffee, which is different from week to week, so it never gets boring!”

Classic washed, just as Mr. Beech commanded. Depulping, washing, a moment of fermentation in a tank and drying in the ideal conditions of the Marcala region.
