Peter: Another Kenyan classic at its best. Clean, jammy-sweet, intense, fruity and stable as the Swiss franc almost always is. Well, and I guess it can’t be spoiled.

TREATMENT
Washed processing is to Kenya as vodka on the table is to Polish name days. Typical and a must have! Before the grains are stripped of their dignity…, sorry, of their cherries, they are first sorted. Then they spend the night doing crazy things, in the sense that they ferment. The next day splash water on the mussel! Well, and then from eight to as many as fourteen days of drying….
