Heretical opinions
Piotr: “Once again, we apply the equation here: very good + very good ≤ very good. In the base, deep caramel sweetness and lots of jammy fruitiness, the kind of pomegranate, from the forest. And as a joker, a wine-tropical natural. Synergy of the 21st Century.”
Ola: “The chocoise from this is goodness itself. More interesting than such a classic Brazilian, yet it’s sweet, a bit fruity and goes in well solo or with milk.”

PROCESSING
Here we have a combination of washed and natural processing of caturra and bourbon. El Puente is a classic washed. Santa Rosa is more of a fermented natural variation. Mytonatural blend!
FARMS
Honduras: This lady is a legend. Coffee superstar. Marysabel comes from a family with more than a century of tradition in coffee cultivation, and she founded her own farm, El Puente, with her husband 25 years ago. Thanks to their focus on developing quality grains, they have become regional leaders and Cup of Excellence finalists. Marysabel and Moises’ innate curiosity and consummate professionalism led them into the cultivation of many botanical varieties and experimental grain processing.
Guatemala: Santa Rosa is a blend from small, local producers in the Jalapa region. Their collections are combined and processed together as one flight. But what kind!
