Santa Barbara + parainema + Jairon = a juicy bomb, but one that you don’t even expect. You didn’t even know it was possible! A stream of blueberry and currant stories, with a citrus-floral anthura. It is these coffees that are the flagship weapons in an endless campaign celebrating one of the world’s greatest coffee regions.

PRODUCER

Jairon is an old hand, ladies and gentlemen, the third generation of manufacturers. Involved in coffee activities in Santa Barbara since childhood. However, this is only the third season that he has produced microlights in his own way, on his own farm. And, by the way, the first season we buy his juicy parainema. Welcome aboard, Jairon!

TREATMENT

A classic hairpiece. Depulping, a day to two in the tank accompanied by a quiet fermentation, then a wash-and-dry. The kavka loses this moisture evenly through frequent flipping, stirring, boiling and rubbing. Everyone knows how it is.

AND WE SMOKE IT LIKE THIS
