The first Rwanda in our portfolio. And this means that it seriously must be special, since after two years we decided to take such a step! This natural delighted us on the table with its wonderful sweet intensity right from the dry aroma and showed its quality in the black. Powerful, enveloping sweetness, dense body and tons of fruit.

PRODUCER
Nova Coffee is in the hands of Agnes and Felix, a married couple who founded the company relatively recently, in 2015. They are both coffee producers from a 155-hectare farm and exporters working with thousands of small producers. The entire crop is located in the northern part of the country, around Lake Muhazi – google it, something beautiful.

TREATMENT
This flight was reprocessed as a natural – the harvested fruit was spread out to dry without pre-processing or separating the stone from the rest of the cherry. Here we have the typical high, fruity sweetness of the process, but also a wonderfully captured characteristic of the grain itself. The Profession!
