Well, here we go, ladies and gentlemen! There’s washed, that and there’s natural. From the same farm, from the same people. The same coffee, but with a different processing! What’s left? A lot of fruit. What’s different? A little less acidity in favor of jammy-candy delicacies. Seems like a good deal?

PRODUCER

Nova Coffee is in the hands of Agnes and Felix, a married couple who founded the company relatively recently, in 2015. They are both coffee producers from a 155-hectare farm, as well as exporters working with thousands of small producers. The entire farm is located in the northern part of the country, around Lake Muhazi – google it, something beautiful.

 

PROCESSING

This time it’s natural, which means drying all the fruit. In favor of lively, citrusy acidity, a little more sweetness and jamminess in the cup!
