Heretical opinions
Peter: “In addition to the high caramel-chocolate sweetness, you will find no less wine-tropical atmospheres and a powerful body. A successful balance between proven classics and sensory nouveau riche.”
Ola: “One of my favorite coffees. It is at the same time sweet, chocolatey and mega fruity. A bit like fruit in chocolate. The acidity here balances very nicely with the sweetness, so even it can appeal to people who don’t like ‘sour’ coffee.”

FARMA
Santa Rosa is now one of the largest coffee-producing regions in Guatemala. This flight comes from the El Boqueron station, to which the coffee is delivered by small producers who grow coffee nearby.
TREATMENT
Natural, in that slightly funky direction. Fermentation and subsequent drying throughout the fruit. Simple, concrete, without alchemy, but with precision and skilfulness.
AND WE SMOKE IT LIKE THIS

If you have any questions about our coffees, roasting, or brewing – roll like smoke! Write boldly email, on Facebook or instagram.

For connoisseurs of the subject – a diamond. For those who say Guatemala is boring ladies, repetitive ladies, predictable ladies – a leaf on a mussel! Sweetness and acidity dance bregdens here, such a dance on the head as if someone didn’t know. Scrolls of chocolate stories to go along with wine and fruits of various sorts. Intensity 10/10. A beautiful case.
