Heretical opinions

Peter: In addition to the high caramel-chocolate sweetness, you will find no less wine-tropical atmospheres and a powerful body. A successful balance between proven classics and sensory nouveau riche.”

Ola: “One of my favorite coffees. It is at the same time sweet, chocolatey and mega fruity. A bit like fruit in chocolate. The acidity here balances very nicely with the sweetness, so even it can appeal to people who don’t like ‘sour’ coffee.”

FARMA

Santa Rosa is now one of the largest coffee-producing regions in Guatemala. This flight comes from the El Boqueron station, to which the coffee is delivered by small producers who grow coffee nearby.

TREATMENT

Natural, in that slightly funky direction. Fermentation and subsequent drying throughout the fruit. Simple, concrete, without alchemy, but with precision and skilfulness.
